Headline Title Sequence
Dynamic headline sequence for Sky Sports News, built in Cinema 4D and After Effects. Each sport features its own bespoke motion treatment, with real-time 3D headline integration via Vizrt. Designed for flexible, daily use - production teams simply select a sport and enter the headline to trigger an automated, animated opener for the top stories of the day.
Using Photoshop, a design and colour scheme were created for each sport. Those visuals were imported into Cinema 4D as textures. Using C4D’s Take System, we enabled easy switching between sports within one project. In After Effects, we added animated motion elements and created tracking points for the headline text. These were then replicated in Vizrt, allowing real-time text integration over the rendered visuals - delivering a flexible, automated opener that updates based on sport and headline.
